Partnership implementation and satisfaction level of plasma farmers in oil palm plantation management in Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra

The nucleus-plasma oil palm plantation partnership policy program began in 1977 through the People's Nucleus Plantation (PIR) pattern. This study aims to see how implementation of partnerships that exist between plasma farmers and companies measure level satisfaction as partners. research was conducted Musi Banyuasin Regency, Batanghari Leko District, with a sample 60 smallholders who partnered companies. results show pattern carried out by is subcontract partnership, where there an agreement agricultural land will be divided into 60% 40% nucleus without compensation for minimum 25 years work contract. whole belongs satisfied criteria, which equal 79.62%, lowest value found 4th attribute, namely price offered company have influence on income farmers. Plasma are still dissatisfied because production from plantations do not match targets set been agreed upon.
